📋 Description

• Coordinate and manage prescription drug coverage and reimbursement for assigned patient cases • Initiate, track, and maintain reimbursement-related activities in compliance with policies and regulations • Liaise with insurance companies, physician offices, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals • Collect, review, and submit documentation to private insurers, public/federal funding programs, and specialty pharmacy services • Maintain knowledge of insurance plans, funding sources, and reimbursement policies • Review and validate patient and healthcare provider information • Provide inbound and outbound telephone support and resolve reimbursement issues • Document case activities, communications, coverage decisions, and outcomes • Provide feedback to improve service delivery and patient satisfaction • Participate in training and development programs • Perform data entry, record maintenance, document scanning/faxing, and filing • Monitor and triage patient and healthcare provider emails, faxes, and other communications • Maintain complete and accurate patient case files in the program CRM • Report patient safety information and product quality complaints according to requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Post-secondary education in a related field is required • Minimum 1 year of experience in client services within a healthcare, pharmaceutical, or insurance environment • Prior experience in a reimbursement-focused role is a strong asset • Experience handling high call volumes in a customer service or call center setting is preferred • English proficiency is required • Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders • Knowledge of public, private, and federal drug coverage systems is an asset • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail • Excellent problem-solving abilities • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital systems and databases • Effective communication and interpersonal skills • Must maintain confidentiality and discretion
