📋 Description

• Own discovery, planning, and delivery for crypto-native features end to end • Talk directly with people who spend crypto daily to understand wallet setups, workarounds, and frustrations • Decide which chains, wallets, and protocols to integrate based on usage data • Write specifications with clear requirements and acceptance criteria • Manage the product backlog • Ship alongside engineering and design • Coordinate across compliance, marketing, support, and operations • Represent Bitrefill in crypto communities and at industry conferences • Turn scattered knowledge about crypto-native users into a systematic product strategy • Build products for users moving from crypto speculation toward real-world spending

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in product management • Experience ideally in payments, e-commerce, or fintech • Track record of shipping products with real adoption • Experience leading work across distributed teams and time zones • Ability to break big problems into shippable increments • Ability to align engineering, design, and business • Clear writing skills for specs, decision documents, and async updates • Crypto-native experience and fluency • Hands-on experience with DeFi, including vaults, collateralized positions, bridging, and gas dynamics • Knowledge of wallet UX on desktop and mobile • Experience using AI to draft specs, build quick prototypes, and improve written communication • Self-directed approach • Comfortable with ambiguity and creating clarity • Solid overlap with both European and Latin American time zones
