📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain BI dashboards and data models under senior team guidance • Partner with Data Engineering to maintain accurate, timely, and well-governed financial and operational data • Convert complex datasets into actionable visualizations and reports for non-technical stakeholders • Contribute to reducing manual reporting and expanding self-service analytics • Own portions of BI projects from requirements gathering through testing and deployment • Experiment with AI-enhanced BI tooling and share learnings with the BI team • Support data-driven decision-making across Finance, Revenue Operations, Product Management, and other teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Computing Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline • 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Analytics • Proven experience designing and delivering BI dashboards and data models for corporate reporting and decision support • Strong curiosity, willingness to learn, and ability to ask questions and follow up • Comfort with ambiguity and willingness to figure things out with team support • Interest in AI/ML applications in analytics; hands-on experience is a plus but not required • Collaborative mindset and ability to communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders • Comfort receiving feedback and iterating quickly • Advanced SQL and DAX skills for data modeling and complex analytics • Strong proficiency in Power BI, including Power Query / M • Experience with BI development practices, GitHub version control, and CI/CD for report deployment • Familiarity with AWS Redshift, S3, or similar cloud data platforms • Understanding of enterprise data architecture and governance principles • Experience in Amazon Quick or QuickSight is nice to have • Experience in Amazon SageMaker Unified Studio is nice to have • Experience supporting large BI projects, including forecasting, variance analysis, or performance dashboards is nice to have • Exposure to AI/ML applications in analytics is nice to have • Experience with Jira or similar project and task-tracking tools is nice to have
