📋 Description

• Provides expert advice and counsel related to talent acquisition • Executes specific operational / strategic work to deliver business results and/or minimize risk • Develops talent acquisition solutions and makes recommendations • Conducts industry analysis & trends • Develops innovative sourcing or recruiting strategies • Identifies internal and/or external emerging issues, trends and needs • Collaborates with internal & external stakeholders • Builds effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders • Ensures alignment between stakeholders • Breaks down strategic problems and analyses data • Gathers and formats data into regular and ad-hoc reports • Monitors and tracks performance • Delivers high-quality programs for intern and co-op students • Measures program success and provides insights and recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• Typically between 4 - 6 years of relevant experience • Post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Appropriate HR designation • Previous experience & demonstrated results in recruiting or sourcing • Technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience • Verbal & written communication skills • Collaboration & team skills • Analytical and problem solving skills • Influence skills • Data driven decision making
