📋 Description

• Analyze and visualize trends across the end-to-end collections process to identify performance gaps, emerging risks, and opportunities • Evaluate third-party agency performance and uncover optimization opportunities in assignment strategies • Support the design and refinement of employee incentive programs to drive desired performance outcomes • Develop dashboards and reporting (e.g., Power BI) to provide actionable insights to stakeholders • Partner with operations, strategy, and risk teams to translate analytical findings into business actions • Continuously identify opportunities to improve collections efficiency, effectiveness, and overall portfolio performance • Documents data flow, systems and processes to improve the design, implementation and management of business/group processes. • Develops tools and delivers training programs for use of reporting tools and self-serve analytics by non-analytical end users; may include delivery of training to audiences. • Take measured risks while protecting the bank by applying our Risk Management Framework in the execution of your role.

🎯 Requirements

• 1 years of relevant experience in analytics • post-secondary degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Proficiency in statistical and analytical tools such as SAS, SQL, and Python • Experience developing Power BI dashboards strongly preferred • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills • Ability to translate complex analytical insights into clear, actionable recommendations for a broad audience.
