📋 Description

• Support and service the Investment Operations function for BMO business stakeholders and customers • Execute Investment product and service processes in accordance with financial and regulatory controls and operational guidelines • Gather and format data into regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards • Support change management execution and sustainment activities • Serve as a problem-solving resource for more junior staff • Organize work information for accuracy and completeness • Execute service requests, transactions and queries within applicable SLAs • Process transactions, activities and services accurately and promptly while complying with regulatory and risk controls • Respond accurately and knowledgeably to internal and external stakeholder questions and requests • Follow documented policies and procedures to meet SLAs • Check and reconcile information and documentation • Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations • Identify, resolve or escalate issues and problems • Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver business objectives • Maintain stakeholder relationships and fulfill service delivery expectations • Maintain understanding of regulatory requirements and operational risks • Collaborate on developing and implementing new processes and systems and improving existing ones • Support development of tools and delivery of training • Complete complex and diverse tasks and handle escalations • Apply BMO’s Risk Management Framework and make risk-informed decisions aligned with business strategy, policies, laws and regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Typically 2–3 years of relevant experience • Post-secondary degree in a related field of study desirable, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Good knowledge and experience using relevant systems and technology • Good knowledge and understanding of key products and services, processes and controls • Good knowledge of business risk and regulatory requirements • Good prioritization skills • Good customer service skills • Good PC skills, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Good verbal and written communication skills • Good organization skills • Good collaboration and team skills • Good analytical and problem-solving skills • Specialized knowledge
