📋 Description

• Own day-to-day design execution for marketing requests from brief through final files • Create landing pages and web campaign assets • Design lifecycle and marketing emails • Develop presentations and sales/partner decks • Produce paid and organic social creative, including A/B variants • Create conference, webinar, and event materials in digital and print formats • Create graphics and assets for the video team to use in motion work • Build templates for recurring formats so marketing can self-serve common assets • Deliver final production files, specifications, and handoff to marketing and engineering • Bring ideas to growth, lifecycle, content, and events • Build creative variants and adjust based on results • Use brand guidelines, templates, and component libraries as the source of truth • Escalate system limitations to design leadership • Keep files organized and documented for handoff to the incoming full-time designer

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of marketing or brand design experience, with in-house or agency work for product companies • Portfolio showing volume and range across web, email, presentations, digital advertising, and print, with strong fundamentals in typography, layout, and color • Proven ability to work fast within an established brand system and keep quality high at pace • Expert in Figma, including components, variables, and shared libraries • Experience building templates others used to produce assets • Comfortable working directly with marketers and taking direction from design leadership • Experience with performance-driven creative, including variants, tests, and iteration • Experience preparing assets for video or motion teams • Available to start within two weeks
