• From Bondex, we're looking for a Account Executive for a trailblazer in the Web3 and blockchain industry. • As an Account Executive, you will spearhead the identification and negotiation of strategic partnerships with leading Web3 companies. • Your efforts will be crucial in expanding our client’s business development initiatives. • Engage with decision-makers at consumer-focused Web3 companies to explore and close partnership opportunities. • Lead sales calls and negotiate terms for high-value deals. • Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to invoicing, ensuring successful campaign launches. • Collaborate with the Head of Business Development to enhance the product roadmap based on client feedback.
• 3–5 years of digital sales experience (preferably in Adtech or media) with a strong record of exceeding targets. • Proven ability to negotiate high-value deals (>$20,000). • Familiarity with media advertising or sponsored partnerships is a plus. • Solid understanding of the Web3 landscape and emerging trends. • Self-motivated and proactive in pursuing opportunities.
• Competitive base salary + uncapped commissions. • Apple devices for work and stock options after 12 months. • Remote first as long as you work during 10am-5pm in UK time.
