📋 Description

• Recruit and refer qualified cleared IT professionals for federal government programs • Identify and engage candidates with TS/SCI clearances and Full Scope Polygraphs • Independently source candidates using an established recruiting network and personal recruiting resources • Select which recruiting opportunities to pursue • Submit candidates who may be hired directly by Booker DiMaio as W-2 employees

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience recruiting TS/SCI cleared professionals • Significant experience recruiting candidates with Full Scope Polygraphs • Established network of candidates within the Intelligence Community, NSA, DoD, or other federal programs • Experience recruiting technical professionals such as software engineers, cybersecurity professionals, systems engineers, data professionals, and other cleared IT talent • Strong relationships with candidates who hold active security clearances • Experience with federal contractors or government recruiting • Ability to independently source and engage candidates using own network and recruiting resources • Comfortable working as an independent contractor on a commission-only basis • Own recruiting network and recruiting resources
