📋 Description

• Create social-first content for brands across product, personality, lifestyle and hosting formats • Bring products to life in content that feels native to social • Create talk-to-camera, tutorials, explainers, demos and reactions • Create in-situ content from real places, moments, events and experiences • Produce vox pops, street interviews, event hosting and premium entertainment formats • Work from Born briefs and create content against brand guidelines • Respond to feedback where needed • Help brands build relevance, trust and distinctiveness through creativity • When matched with a brief, review the opportunity, requirements, usage terms, timings and fee • Create content, submit it for review and receive payment for the work

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced content creator based across the USA • Already create high-quality short-form content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts or similar platforms • Understand what makes content feel native, watchable and culturally relevant • Strong eye for lighting, sound, framing, editing and storytelling • Able to interpret a brief and bring your own creative instinct to it • Comfortable working within brand guidelines and taking creative direction • Communicate clearly, meet deadlines and work professionally with agency teams • Interested in building longer-term relationships with brands • No requirement for a large following; this is not influencer marketing
