📋 Description

• Actively prospect new B2B leads across multiple international markets using email, phone, LinkedIn and other outbound prospecting tools. • Conduct in-depth account and decision-maker research, personalizing approaches based on each company's needs and challenges. • Pre-qualify leads according to the ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and schedule qualified meetings for the Account Executive team. • Execute well-organized prospecting cadences and maintain follow-up activities in the CRM. • Collaborate with the Marketing team to align strategies, contributing market insights and feedback on leads and campaigns. • Perform consistent, strategic follow-ups to keep relationships active until handoff to the closer. • Support brand authority building through social selling, content and networking at industry events.

🎯 Requirements

• Availability to work on-site on demand in São Paulo, SP (events and client meetings); • Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) – will be used daily in communications, meetings and negotiations with international prospects; • Experience with international markets or working with clients outside Brazil; • Previous experience in outbound B2B prospecting and lead qualification within inside sales processes at technology companies; • Strong understanding of sales funnel concepts, ICP, MQL/SQL/SAL and pipeline management; • Practical knowledge of consultative sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling, GPCTBA or similar; • Familiarity with automation and prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo, among others); • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to the audience; • Organized, proactive and resilient, able to handle objections and long prospecting cycles.
