📋 Description

• Manage patient appointment scheduling and rescheduling workflows across multiple platforms • Communicate with patients by phone, email, and text to coordinate appointments • Help patients navigate appointment changes and provide clear next-step instructions • Coordinate telehealth logistics and ensure patients have the information needed for virtual appointments • Monitor daily appointment workflows and identify scheduling conflicts, gaps, or issues • Maintain accurate patient and appointment information across internal systems • Coordinate with clinical and customer success teams to ensure appropriate scheduling • Keep provider schedules full, organized, and efficient • Follow scheduling procedures and escalate issues when appropriate • Provide a warm, professional, patient-centered experience • Support evolving patient experience and administrative needs as the company grows

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Patient, empathetic, and professional approach to customer interactions • Comfortable communicating with patients who may have questions, concerns, or difficulty navigating technology • Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and platforms simultaneously • Comfortable learning and working across multiple software systems • Reliable follow-through and ability to take ownership of tasks from start to finish • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proactive mindset • Must be able to work Monday-Friday with an 11:00 AM Eastern Time start • Previous healthcare, health-tech, telehealth, medical administration, or customer success experience (nice-to-have) • Patient scheduling or appointment coordination experience (nice-to-have) • Experience with EMRs, scheduling platforms, CRM systems, or telehealth software (nice-to-have) • Familiarity with virtual healthcare workflows (nice-to-have) • Startup or rapidly changing environment experience (nice-to-have)
