• Work collaboratively with Sales and Client Experience teams to ensure the efficient implementation of new client accounts. • Manage the client’s experience by conducting training sessions to educate the client on best practices. • Actively monitor and manage the onboarding health across new client implementations. • Ensure adherence to best practices by performing quality assurance through reviewing recordings and documentation of client interactions. • Proactively create, coordinate, and implement new ideas to improve the onboarding process. • Troubleshoot client issues to resolution or escalate to the appropriate resource. • Educate clients on how to leverage Breezeway tools to simplify their complex workflows. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Product to turn valuable client feedback into practical product improvements. • Develop domain expertise in property care and a deep understanding of client needs.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in implementation or project management. • Experience in Technology or SaaS company • Fluency in Spanish • Proven track record for creative problem-solving for clients. • Able to navigate CRM software and web-based tools effectively. • A strong understanding of Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, and quick-to-learn technology integrations. • A strong understanding of Excel, with expert proficiency in conditional formatting, VLOOKUP, using shortcuts and formula functions, and sorting and filtering data.
