📋 Description

• Participate in discovery sessions to capture complex requirements and translate them into efficient business processes • Participate in end-to-end implementation and configuration of NetSuite • Perform testing to validate system configuration and processes against client requirements • Drive transformation, migration, and integration of client data to NetSuite • Support comprehensive testing and training programs and participate in client sessions to encourage adoption • Produce professional project deliverables, including functional requirement documents and technical specifications • Maintain client communication, manage escalations, maintain RAID logs, and build long-term client trust • Manage individual tasks and timelines for on-time project delivery • Document global requirements and support long-term technology roadmaps • Translate client needs into practical results using industry best practices • Provide guidance, training, and professional development to junior consultants • Contribute to internal practice development and company-wide growth initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Information Systems, or related fields • 2+ years working with NetSuite in implementation or as an end user • Ability to independently problem-solve and explore solutions using available resources and AI tools • Understanding of business process improvement and leading practices • Ability to take on project responsibilities as needed to complete engagements • Commitment to project milestones, proactive communication, and escalation of blockers • Proactive outreach to project team members regarding work status and task completion • Strong communication skills • Expertise in at least one preferred industry vertical: Supply Chain & Manufacturing; Services & Construction; Field Service Management; or Software & Technology • Ability to travel on-site for client needs • For Canada-based candidates: legally authorized to work in Canada • For U.S.-based candidates: legally authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not provided
