📋 Description

• Build frontend and backend solutions to customers' and survivors' problems • Collaborate with the CTO and product/engineering team • Architect and scale systems as the company grows past hundreds of thousands of survivors • Manage cloud infrastructure using Fly.io and AWS • Support all users of the software and tools • Build and operate securely, complying with SOC 2 and GovRamp/FedRamp policies • Write well-tested frontend and backend code • Integrate with various tools via APIs • Help shape the technical foundation of the product • Work directly with customers and other departments

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer • Expert knowledge of functional programming paradigms • Excellent writer and communicator • Experience with cloud infrastructure in Fly.io or AWS • Care about speed of delivery and know how to use Codex/Claude Code • Experience with Elixir/Erlang ecosystem • Bonus: Experience with Event Sourcing
