📋 Description

• Serve as the primary HR partner for a portfolio of corporate organizations, advising Directors, VPs, and executive team members on performance, employee relations, compensation, career development, and workforce planning • Lead annual review calibration, promotion, and merit cycles from preparation through facilitation and final outcomes • Coach and develop managers to build a high-performance, accountable, and inclusive team culture • Advise on complex employee relations situations • Own strategic initiatives from problem definition through execution and business-aligned outcomes • Design scalable HR processes and frameworks that address root causes • Use AI tools to accelerate HR work, including employee-relations documentation, policy drafting, and workforce planning • Model strong HRBP partnership by mentoring teammates and sharing effective practices

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as an HRBP in a fast-moving technology environment • Experience partnering with diverse stakeholders and business problems • Track record of leading a calibration, promotion, or merit cycle • Experience advising and coaching leaders through the executive level • Experience handling difficult or high-stakes conversations • Track record of owning strategic initiatives end-to-end, from problem definition through execution • Experience designing or improving HR processes • Curiosity about AI and new tools, with willingness to experiment and iterate • Experience using AI to build a real, scaled workflow improvement • Experience navigating complex calibration or performance cases • Ability to influence leaders through data and judgment • Experience mentoring or shaping peers’ HR partnership approaches
