📋 Description

• Build product features end-to-end from concept, design, and implementation through launch • Collaborate directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams • Work with Product, Design, and Business teams to define and deliver features • Translate business requirements into technical solutions and system designs • Develop across the full stack, including backend services, databases, and user interfaces • Develop intuitive, high-performance frontend experiences connected to backend services • Build and maintain services and RESTful APIs powering the credit card and payments platform • Optimize data structures and work with databases such as MySQL • Build scalable backend services and optimize platform performance, reliability, and scalability

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of software engineering experience, including course-projects, internships, or personal projects • Strong business common sense and product-outcome focus • Strong backend development skills in Python, PHP, Java, or similar • Fluency in working with LLMs • Experience with MySQL databases, JSON data structures, and third-party API integrations • Solid understanding of distributed systems and scalable architecture • Strong collaboration across engineering, product, and design • Strong work ethic, high ownership, bias for action, and attention to detail • Willingness to help wherever the team needs support • Willingness to learn credit cards, payments, and rewards in detail • Strong oral and written communication skills for async collaboration across time zones • Bonus: Experience in fintech, payments, or regulated environments, including PCI DSS or SOC2 • Bonus: Experience with modern frontend frameworks • Bonus: Experience integrating with third-party APIs and financial networks • Bonus: Experience with high-availability systems and real-time data processing • Bonus: Experience with AI coding tools or LLM APIs
