📋 Description

• Enable Broadcom Partners across all VMware divisions and routes-to-market by developing skills and capabilities that drive the sales lifecycle and adoption of Broadcom solutions • Develop enablement strategy and deliver enablement curricula • Work with product teams to influence product direction so Partners can design and install Broadcom products and solutions • Collaborate with marketing and corporate program teams on Partner programs, certification development, and Partner messaging • Develop and drive Partner-facing enablement and education learning plans • Translate global Partner strategy into actionable localized plans and scale key programs across the Geo • Drive sales, presales, implementation, and support role-based enablement • Drive enablement training and certifications • Provide sales and technical perspectives to influence Broadcom architectural solutions • Deliver Broadcom and industry knowledge using real-world experience and industry-recognized certifications • Advise Partners on Broadcom product functionality, benefits, and architected solutions • Increase Partner satisfaction, architectural skills, incremental business, and customer satisfaction • Act as a trusted advisor to multi-brand and profile Partners to influence opportunities and pipeline creation • Collaborate with business units, presales, services, and support teams to improve Partner ecosystem self-sufficiency • Identify opportunities for additional solutions and Partner value • Facilitate local implementation of globally standardized best practices and operational frameworks • Localize and deliver enablement content, tools, and resources for Geo-specific needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 12 years of work experience in a sales, enablement, or Partner-facing role, preferably within a technology or matrixed organization • Demonstrated experience in executing strategic plans and managing projects at a regional or local level • Strong understanding of indirect (Partner) Routes-To-Market and the commercial sales landscape within the designated Geo • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and drive execution across local cross-functional teams • Proactive, self-starter mentality with proven ability to operate independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
