• Define and lead the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle management for labeling solutions. • Drive innovation by identifying market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies. • Oversee product development processes, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and profitability. • Establish pricing strategies and value propositions aligned with market positioning and margin targets. • Optimize the product portfolio to balance growth, profitability, and operational efficiency. • Develop process and conduct regular portfolio reviews, including product performance, rationalization, and investment prioritization. • Partner with operations and supply chain to align product offerings with manufacturing capabilities and scalability. • Lead new product introduction processes and stage-gate governance. • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive demand, brand awareness, and customer engagement. • Oversee market segmentation, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform go-to-market strategies. • Collaborate with sales leadership to enable effective selling tools, messaging, and training. • Build and lead high-performing teams across product management, marketing, and portfolio strategy. • Partner with Sales, Operations, R&D, Finance, and Customer Service to ensure alignment and execution. • Foster a customer-centric and innovation-driven culture. • Own product line P&L, including revenue growth, margin performance, and ROI on product investments. • Develop and track KPIs related to product success, market share, and marketing effectiveness. • Support annual planning, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning. • Identify and improve inefficient processes, create processes where none exist, and establish clear levels of authority and decision-making guidelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, packaging, manufacturing, or related field; advanced degree preferred. • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in product development, commercialization, or strategic growth roles. • Experience in labels, packaging, printing, converting, or a related manufacturing environment is strongly preferred. • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from concept to launch. • Strong business acumen, financial orientation, and customer-facing leadership skills. • Experience managing teams and driving enterprise-level change.
