📋 Description

• Build high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade applications • Provide expertise in full-stack development and ServiceNow development and administration • Participate in analysis, development, configuration, testing, implementation, documentation, and support of software applications • Analyze and implement new and existing applications and solutions • Support application and architecture design, design patterns, and development standards • Follow change management guidelines and corporate regulations • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders on business objectives and continuous improvement • Identify and resolve application and technical issues • Communicate lessons learned • Adapt to emerging technologies, interfaces, and frameworks • Deliver high-quality solutions that improve customer experience and operational excellence • Apply emerging technologies to business problems

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or another related area, or equivalent experience is required • Minimum 2 years of related experience is required • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred • Experience with database technologies and CRUD concepts • Basic database tuning skills • Experience with unit, integration, and acceptance testing • Basic knowledge of unit testing packages and concepts, automated testing, and TDD • Professional experience using application design patterns and selection • Experience working in an Agile team environment, preferably Scrum • Mastery of at least one development language used at Brookdale and basic understanding of another • Knowledge of at least one Brookdale business area and basic understanding of others • Experience with ServiceNow administration and development • Experience with JavaScript • Proficiency with ServiceNow Glide APIs • Understanding of IT Service Management frameworks and ITIL principles • Experience with workflow and process automation • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds • Ability to interact with co-workers, residents, or vendors
