📋 Description

• Represent bswift technology and benefits administration products and services to prospective channel partner distributors. • Cultivate productive and influential relationships with channel partners, prospects, and consultants/brokers. • Establish prospect sales strategies and lead RFP responses. • Lead internal team meeting preparation for external sales efforts and all stages of prospect meetings. • Develop and execute assigned vertical sales/growth strategy; proactively prospect in assigned area of focus. • Establish a market presence by participating in select market forums, collaborating with bswift peers, and cultivating market relationships. • Negotiate initial sales contracts and letters of intent through execution. • Manage complex negotiations and position products, rate levels, and expanded product portfolios to increase sales and maximize revenue. • Identify various ways to partner with channel partners by leveraging bswift’s full product and service portfolio. • Gain a deep understanding of channel partner prospects’ multifaceted needs and recommend appropriate solutions. • Maintain an active pipeline of channel partner prospects. • Provide effective presentations to all external and internal constituents.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets within the benefits administration, HR technology, or insurance industries. • Demonstrated success in channel partner or indirect distribution sales. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. • Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills. • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute complex sales cycles. • Ability to function well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
