📋 Description
• Oversee the construction projects from start to finish. • Ensure optimum utilization of resources, labor, materials, and equipment. • Develop effective communications and resolve conflicts among participants. • Monitor progress of construction activities regularly and hold status meetings. • Maintain strict adherence to budgetary guidelines, quality, and safety standards.
🎯 Requirements
• 7 – 10 years in construction • 5 – 7 years in multi-site project management • Communication skills • Proficient with MS Office products • Conflict resolution and negotiations skills • HS Education or equivalent
