📋 Description

• Own defined features or workflows from discovery through launch and post-launch follow-up • Write problem statements, user stories, acceptance criteria, success measures, and release notes • Partner with engineering and design to evaluate solution options, edge cases, dependencies, and sequencing • Use customer feedback, analytics, support signals, implementation feedback, and operational data to refine priorities • Prepare launch readiness plans covering support needs, internal communications, training, and risk tracking • Monitor adoption, quality, and operational outcomes after launch and drive follow-up improvements • Maintain roadmap and backlog hygiene for assigned work and communicate status to stakeholders • Build working knowledge of Businessolver’s benefits administration domain, client delivery model, and compliance constraints • Perform other duties as assigned • Comply with all policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, design, analytics, or related field, or equivalent practical experience • 3+ years of experience in product management or an adjacent role, or demonstrated readiness to own defined product features with guidance • Accounting, Banking, Fintech, payment systems, or related experience is highly valued • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners and follow through on commitments • Ability to use customer feedback, metrics, and operational inputs to make local trade-offs • Familiarity with Agile development practices and product development workflows • Ability to use approved AI-enabled tools responsibly while following data handling and governance expectations • Ability to balance strategic product thinking with hands-on execution • Comfortable working with engineers, troubleshooting issues, reviewing technical requirements, writing scripts for production support, and participating in implementation discussions • Compliance with Businessolver policies and standards
