📋 Description

• Own the canonical revenue data model and all metric definitions across Sales systems and vendor data sources • Govern calculation standards for ARR, pipeline, win rate, conversion, velocity, and other revenue metrics • Build and maintain a unified revenue data and business logic layer combining Salesforce, Snowflake, and third-party vendor sources • Continuously audit data quality, metric drift, and inconsistencies • Own BI dashboards for the Sales organization, from executive KPIs to rep-level performance views • Produce data packages for QBRs, forecasting, pipeline reviews, annual planning, quota-setting, territory design, and capacity modeling • Provide reliable, documented data inputs for GTM automation and partner with the GTM Engineer to validate inputs • Establish and automate repeatable SQL data processes, replacing manual spreadsheet workflows • Coordinate with Analytics Engineering and Business Systems on Sales data modeling and data quality • Operate autonomously as a senior individual contributor and provide data expertise to Sales Leadership, Finance, Marketing, and Product

🎯 Requirements

• Strong SQL skills, including production-quality queries and well-documented data models • Experience in data architecture, management, and warehousing; Snowflake strongly preferred • Hands-on experience with Salesforce data, schema familiarity, field-level data quality patterns, and downstream reporting and analytics systems • Proficiency in modern BI tools such as Sigma Computing, Hex, Omni, Tableau, or equivalent • Experience building and maintaining a unified, governed data and intelligence layer • Experience supporting strategic planning cycles, including quota-setting, capacity modeling, or territory design • Ability to engage directly with Sales Leadership, Finance, and Marketing as a credible data expert • Background in Data Analytics, Analytics Engineering, GTM Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Revenue/Sales Operations with equivalent technical depth • Familiarity with multi-channel GTM data environments preferred • Experience with businesses that sell hardware and software together preferred • Experience with multi-product data architectures and product/SKU-level tracking preferred • Exposure to real estate, PropTech, or hierarchical account structures preferred • Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
