📋 Description

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to solve real-world business challenges • Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define project goals and deliverables • Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and identify optimization opportunities • Lead experimentation and model validation efforts, ensuring robustness and scalability • Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the growth of the data science team • Stay current with the latest research and trends in machine learning and AI

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree (PhD or Master’s) in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field • 3+ years of work experience as a Data Scientist • Experience at all levels of the ML pipeline involving very large databases • Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch • Solid understanding of statistical modeling • Knowledge of supervised and unsupervised learning • Knowledge of deep learning techniques • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Experience deploying models to production environments preferred • Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools preferred • Experience with time-series models, XGBoost, churn prediction, customer segmentation, and clustering techniques preferred
