• Lead new hire orientation and coordinate cross-functional logistics (IT, payroll, background checks). • Send new hire check in surveys and summarize results. • Manage exit interviews, the offboarding process, including coordination with payroll and IT. • Prepare, send, and upload documentation to employee files. • Implement automation solutions to streamline and improve efficiency across existing People Experience administrative workflows. • Act as point of contact for escalated, day-to-day employee questions (benefits, policies). • Maintain and process accurate and up-to-date employee data in HRIS (new hires, terminations, transfers). • Process unemployment notices and liaise with agencies. • Respond to employment verification requests in a timely fashion. • Coordinate celebratory communications via Slack and email • Coordinate quarterly culture award logistics • Prepare and submit documents for internal/external audits. • Manage routine HR documents, forms, and filing. • Support routine audits and help ensure compliance with state/federal labor laws. • Maintain documentation and track training/compliance deadlines. • Schedule all internal training, events, and company-wide meetings. • Support event logistics: invitations, rooms, video‑conferencing, and wrap-up.
• You have 2-3 years of proven experience with handling employee inquiries, onboarding and offboarding with accuracy and with excellent customer service. • You are proficient with HRIS platforms (ex. Workday). • You are an excellent communicator, you operate with accuracy and confidentiality. • You have experience working in a fast-paced technology environment. • You are able to effectively follow processes and make recommendations for improvements. • You are optimistic, bright, business-minded, resilient, passionate, flexible, and exceptionally good at building authentic relationships with all types of professionals. • You believe that effective, flexible people practices and strategies are essential for an organization to be able to deliver customer value. • You are able to maintain a positive attitude and humor under pressure. • You are self-aware and open to new ideas and ways of solving problems. • You’re looking for a place that’s filled with kind, smart people, who are working hard on an industry-defining product. • Proven experience with leveraging AI tools in both professional and personal settings.
