📋 Description

• Source and recruit creators through TikTok, agencies, marketplaces, inbound applications, and direct outreach • Build and grow a diverse creator pipeline for paid and organic content • Identify new creator segments and opportunities • Build long-term creator relationships and maintain a positive creator experience • Own creator relationships from first contact through onboarding, briefing, deliverables, revisions, and payment • Negotiate deliverables, usage rights, and exclusivity, ensuring rights are secured before publication or paid use • Organize the creator pipeline and ensure timely, high-quality content delivery • Recruit, onboard, and manage TikTok Shop affiliate creators • Help grow TikTok Shop as an acquisition and sales channel • Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Manager and VA team on affiliate priorities • Manage and develop a small team of Virtual Assistants • Set standards for outreach, affiliate management, and social commerce execution • Manage the content pipeline for paid advertising, whitelisting, partnership ads, and organic social • Maintain a searchable content library with documented usage rights • Collaborate with Performance Marketing, Organic Social, Growth, Copy, Design, Video, Finance, and Legal • Monitor active creators, content volume, cost per asset, creator performance, and affiliate results • Use performance insights to identify creator-network gaps and opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience sourcing and managing creators at volume, with a network and track record you can speak to • Hands-on TikTok Shop experience, especially recruiting and managing affiliate creators • Strong understanding of the TikTok creator ecosystem and what makes creators want to work with a brand • Experience working with creator agencies and marketplaces • Experience negotiating creator terms, including usage rights, exclusivity, and deliverables • Experience managing a VA or remote operations team • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a high-volume creator pipeline • Strong written communication skills, especially when managing creator relationships remotely • Growth mindset and ability to build a creator network and program from a small base • Reliable, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership and following through • Ability to work core business hours aligned with Central and Eastern Time (CST/EST)
