📋 Description

• Lead C-MORE’s AI strategy and model development • Build agent-based systems (including using latest LLMs, context engineering, RAG) • Ensure AI accuracy, scalability, and performance • Integrate AI deeply into the C-MORE SaaS • Oversee data governance and AI compliance • Mentor and grow a world-class AI team

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in AI/ML/data engineering • Strong experience with LLMs • Experience deploying ML systems at scale • Proven ability to meet deadlines consistently • Strong communication and leadership skills • Has built an agent that processes data and knows challenges we will face
