📋 Description

• Support requirements gathering for new EPM user needs • Translate requirements into process flows, functional specifications, and user stories • Provide configuration support for dimensions, forms, calculation rules, and workflows • Support EDM implementation and metadata governance • Support testing and validation • Collaborate with agency technical leads, the DBA team, and Oracle Support on infrastructure-level issues • Support a high-profile Oracle EBS R12 Department of War multi-customer solution • Support business operations for Department of War civilian agencies and military services

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent • 5+ years of relevant experience implementing Oracle solutions • Hands-on EPM cloud experience • Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis workflows • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills • Must be a U.S. citizen • Able to obtain an IT-II background investigation • Desired: Oracle Cloud EPM Planning, Essbase concepts, dimension design, and data mapping • Desired: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), including tenancy and OAM/OID configuration • Desired: Experience supporting DoW financial programs, DLA, or similar defense agencies • Desired: Familiarity with PPBE budget cycles, fund accounting, and NGRMS reporting • Desired: Experience with Fusion SaaS integration • Desired: Experience working in an Agile delivery environment
