• Drives new business growth by engaging prospective customers • Identifying insurance needs and recommending tailored coverage solutions • Conducting consultative sales conversations • Performing policy reviews to identify cross-sell and additional coverage opportunities • Answering product and service questions; suggesting features and benefits about other products and services
🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma or Equivalent • Must have at least one year’s experience in business related field • Previous sales experience preferred but not required • Must have excellent verbal communication skills • Must be able to obtain and maintain all required insurance sales licenses
