• Proven Sales Track Record: Demonstrable experience in successfully closing large-scale deals, with a focus on transactions valued in the millions of dollars. • Must provide evidence of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Enterprise Sales Experience: Extensive experience in enterprise sales, with the ability to manage long sales cycles and negotiate complex deals with senior decision-makers. • Hunter Mentality: Strong capability in prospecting and aggressively seeking new clientele by networking, cold calling, and other means of generating interest from potential clients. • Industry Knowledge: Thorough understanding of the in-building wireless market, including key competitors, technological trends, and key business drivers. • Customer Relationship Management: Proficient in managing multiple client accounts and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business. • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals while maintaining company profit margins and client satisfaction. • Team Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with various teams, including product management, marketing, and customer service, to ensure that client needs are met and that company standards are upheld. • Education: A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
