📋 Description

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base • Conduct product demonstrations and deliver compelling sales presentations • Negotiate and close deals, aiming for an approx 40% win rate and an average deal size • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align on sales strategies • Provide exceptional post-sale support and follow-up, ensuring customer satisfaction • Generate monthly market intelligence and performance reports to inform strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor·s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field • Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) • Willingness to work in the North American timezone.
