📋 Description
• Respond to telephone inquiries from Canadian Tire Bank card members while providing an exceptional customer experience • Offer products and services to customers to support relationships, sales and business goals • Respond to Corporate Roadside Assistance, Home Services and Drivers Academy customer requests • Dispatch service providers for roadside assistance • Answer membership, product feature and enrolment inquiries • Support eCommerce customers for CTOnline, SportChek, Atmosphere, Mark’s and Pro-Hockey Life • Support the Triangle Rewards program • Communicate with customers by phone and email • Support eCommerce order reviews
🎯 Requirements
• Applicants must reside in Ontario • Bilingual (French/English) candidates are sought; English-only applicants may apply if they meet all criteria • Customer-focused, solutions-oriented and outcome-focused • Strong attention to detail • Strong communication skills • Ability to build relationships easily • Flexible availability for days, evenings and weekends • Full availability for all weeks of training • Ability to work scheduled hours between 6:00am and 11:00pm, Monday to Sunday • Successful completion of a Criminal Background Check
