• Proven experience in healthcare recruitment or staffing, ideally in a leadership or senior sales capacity • Strong track record of client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills • Entrepreneurial mindset with drive, urgency, and a competitive edge • Ability to lead, influence, and motivate teams in a high-performance environment • Must be able to travel frequently to Norwich; ideally within easy commuting distance
