• Act as a trusted advisor to prospective and existing clients, understanding their digital banking needs and challenges • Represent our Digital Banking Platform throughout the sales process by preparing and delivering effective demonstrations, presentations and technical workshops reflective of client and prospect strategic goals and key business drivers for Digital Banking as it relates to the retail and business experience • Work closely with the sales team to provide pre-sales technical expertise, including responding to RFPs/RFIs and conducting solution assessments • Collaborate with product management and development teams to relay customer feedback and influence future product enhancements • Assist in the implementation process by ensuring the proposed solutions align with client expectations and technical requirements • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at financial institutions
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field • 3-7 years of experience in a Solution Consulting, Pre-Sales, or Business Analyst role within the digital banking or fintech industry • Strong understanding of digital banking platforms, core banking systems, APIs, and fintech integrations • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value • Experience with cloud-based banking solutions, mobile banking, payments, and security best practices is a plus • Strong organizational, collaboration, and written/oral communication skills • Solid time management skills with the ability to work independently • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment • Willingness to travel as needed
