📋 Description

• Implement features and deliver production-ready code • Create technical documentation, system diagrams, and debugging reports • Work in an AI-driven software life cycle • Conduct performance optimizations and monitor key metrics • Participate in agile planning events by providing technical insights and feasibility analysis • Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, and Engineers to translate business needs into features and technical solutions • Provide input on technology enhancements, emerging tools, and product gaps to inform the roadmap and backlog • Support definition of acceptance criteria for development and testing • Design, develop, deploy, and maintain software solutions in an agile environment • Write clean, scalable code aligned with best practices and engineering standards • Collaborate with peers to implement user stories, resolve issues, and improve product functionality • Participate in daily scrums and product demos • Create proof-of-concepts and run experiments to inform technical decisions • Conduct peer code reviews • Continuously improve team processes and development workflows • Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry practices • Monitor delivery metrics such as lead time and deployment frequency • Implement improvements to enhance delivery efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent degree • 5+ years in IT industry with 3+ years of experience building and delivering apps using React Native • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Spring Boot application development • Expertise in analyzing, designing, implementing, and troubleshooting mobile applications for highly transactional systems • Proficiency in JavaScript, React JS, HTML, CSS, Swift/Kotlin, Objective-C/Java, React Native, and Java • Strong working knowledge of Redux, React, Expo, and Jest • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking • Working knowledge of AI, including Cursor and Claude • Proficiency with Agile software development life cycle and Agile development methodology • Experience with REST APIs, XML, and JSON • Experience writing unit test cases • Excellent communication and teamwork with a can-do attitude • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship • Preferred: Agile Scrum methodologies and SAFe frameworks • Preferred: CI/CD systems such as Jenkins or GitHub CI • Preferred: secure solution design principles • Preferred: concurrent backend environments and multithreading • Preferred: test-driven development frameworks or automated testing tools for mobile • Preferred: DevOps and CI/CD practices • Preferred: AI IDEs such as Cursor and GitHub Copilot
