• Work closely with Sales Management to identify customer requirements related to output management, input management and Managed Print Services (MPS), and to develop and offer an appropriate, holistic solution • Analyze business processes within the units where the solutions will be deployed, and accurately process and document the customer's technical requirements • Plan, install and support pilot installations (Proof of Concept) of the solutions during the pre-sales phase • Calculate and present solution concepts to customers • Efficiently manage customer projects using control mechanisms and tools • Identify additional opportunities to grow the customer's business • Independently conduct training and development activities
• Degree in a technical field or business administration, or equivalent qualification • Extensive knowledge of client-server operating systems • Strong experience in building networks, particularly print management • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, project management know-how, and a strong customer/service orientation and commitment • Above-average resilience and a high willingness to travel and be deployed • Strong organizational skills • Ability to handle travel commitments and work under deadline pressure • Very good written and spoken English • Strong team spirit • Excellent communication skills • High flexibility • Motivation for varied challenges
