📋 Description

• Develop business strategies that will drive growth, profitability, and competitive success • Manage and develop a team of 1-2 analysts • Develop and implement new product and pricing strategies for lending products • Lead marketing efforts for select products • Manage delivery of business intent, build requirements, and execute against product strategy • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive improvement in quality, volume, service, and profitability

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience performing analysis • A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer engineering, Software engineering, Mechanical engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or a Master's Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration • Preferred: Master’s Degree in Business or quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Physical Sciences, Math, Statistics, Engineering • 5+ years of experience in analysis • 2+ years of experience in financial services • 1+ year of experience in consulting • 2+ years of experience in people management
