📋 Description

• Develop business strategies that will drive growth, profitability, and competitive success for Capital One in the face of shifting consumer and regulatory behavior • Have an ownership mindset • May manage and develop a team of analysts • Develop and implement new product and pricing strategies for various lending products • Lead direct to consumer marketing efforts for select products • Build targeted insights to inform the design and development of new customer experiences • Drive step-change improvements in credit performance • Coordinate across the line of business to manage and sequence delivery of business intent • Oversee multiple projects and programs concurrently • Work closely with colleagues across Capital One including: IT, Sales, Operations, Finance and others

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • At least 3 years of experience performing quantitative analysis • At least 3 years of experience performing qualitative analysis • At least 1 year of experience performing people management • At least 1 year of experience performing project management • Master’s Degree in Business or quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Physical Sciences, Math, Statistics, Engineering (Preferred) • 5+ years of experience in quantitative analysis (Preferred) • 5+ years of experience in qualitative analysis (Preferred) • 2+ years of experience in people management (Preferred) • 2+ years of experience in product development (Preferred) • 2+ years of experience in financial modeling (Preferred) • 2+ years of experience in economic forecasting (Preferred) • 2+ years of experience in project management (Preferred)
