📋 Description

• Develop business strategies that will drive growth, profitability, and competitive success. • Manage and develop multiple analysts to build a high-performing team. • Develop and implement new product and pricing strategies. • Lead marketing efforts for select products and build targeted insights. • Create risk models and test hypotheses for credit performance improvements. • Manage delivery of business intent, build requirements and execute strategy. • Partner with various Capital One departments to drive service and profitability.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • At least 5 years of experience performing quantitative analysis • At least 5 years of experience performing qualitative analysis • At least 3 years of experience performing people management • At least 3 years of experience performing project management • 5+ years of experience in people management (preferred) • 3+ years of experience in product development (preferred) • 3+ years of experience in financial modeling (preferred) • 3+ years of experience in economic forecasting (preferred)
