📋 Description

• Oversee the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of multiple customer projects • Establish relationships with customer stakeholders and align project goals and deliverables • Manage communication and expectation-setting throughout projects • Develop and maintain project plans covering scope, schedule, resources, and budget • Track project progress and adherence to milestones • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies • Manage scope changes, budget adjustments, and timeline shifts through change control processes • Coordinate cross-functional teams and resource allocation • Maintain project documentation, including status reports, risk registers, and lessons learned • Provide regular updates to leadership and customers • Apply industry best practices and continuous improvement methodologies to improve project execution and customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field • 6–9 years of project management experience • SaaS company experience required, including implementations, professional services, or enterprise software deployments • Experience with incentive compensation management, sales performance management, or related financial software highly desirable • Ability to understand SaaS solutions, data integration concepts, and enterprise IT environments • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities • Proactive approach to identifying and mitigating project risks • PMP certification is a plus but not required
