📋 Description

• Own monthly All Hands reporting and underlying revenue and margin views by channel, product, and category • Flag important changes and issues for leadership beyond the standing reporting package • Support quarterly board reporting and investor updates • Run the monthly department budget cycle, including actuals, recodes, variance reporting, and forecast quality control • Support annual budgeting and interim reforecasting • Run monthly demand model actualization and provide variance commentary explaining forecast misses • Support partner-level retail and wholesale forecasting, including inventory flow, units-to-dollars translation, promotional pricing, and unit economics • Own forecasting for long-tail and mature SKUs and smaller or emerging channels such as TikTok Shop and Canada • Partner with Operations to manage supplier capacity • Prepare the monthly reorder pack and consolidate PO advancement requests • Incorporate supplier constraints into demand plans and reorder timing • Own pricing QA across the website, Amazon, and retail surfaces • Build assortment-and-pricing-by-partner tracking systems • Own post-mortem analysis for promotions, gift-with-purchase offers, and price tests • Develop insights into customer responses to discount depth and bundle structure • Work alongside and report to the Associate Director of FP&A across demand planning, inventory, pricing, unit economics, budgeting, reforecasting, and executive reporting

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7 years in FP&A, strategic finance, merchandise or inventory planning, or category management, in a consumer, retail, or e-commerce business • Fluency moving between units and dollars, including unit forecasts, landed cost, margin, channel P&L, inventory movement, promotional pricing, and partner-level unit economics • Self-sufficiency in a BI tool, ideally SQL • Ability to find, pull, validate, and report on data independently • Strong Excel and independent financial modeling ability • Ability to build models others can follow, audit, and defend • Comfort working across Growth, Merchandising, Retail, Supply Chain, Accounting, and Creative • Ability to work effectively with non-financial stakeholders and hold quality standards • Familiarity with the GL, chart of accounts, financial statements, P&L structure, and budget-to-actuals reporting • Strongly preferred SKU-level planning experience, including assortment productivity, open-to-buy, receipt planning, or markdown and promotional planning • Exposure to inventory-constrained decision-making, including supplier lead times, MOQs, and capacity limits • Experience with an ERP such as Fulfil or NetSuite alongside a BI layer
