📋 Description

• Provide technical pre-sales support to the sales team by designing and proposing solutions for prospects and customers • Drive the technical aspects of customer engagements and provide architectural guidance and best practices • Collaborate with customers to understand business and technical requirements and translate them into tailored AWS solutions • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs, design solution options, and articulate them to customers • Champion customer needs internally with engineering and delivery teams • Build proposals and SOWs for account teams to present to customers • Craft professional written responses for prospective customer RFPs • Advocate for customer opportunities with the sales team to help win new revenue • Provide feedback to internal teams to improve service offerings • Capture and share best-practice knowledge within the Presales Solutions Architect community • Work with account executives, delivery teams, partners, and client stakeholders to resolve technical, performance, or cost-related issues • Remain proficient in partner cloud platforms and technologies and contribute to related responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field • 6+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales, solutions architecture, or cloud consulting role • Hands-on expertise with designing and implementing enterprise grade, cloud-based solutions, preferably on AWS • Broad, robust proficiency across AWS service portfolios including infrastructure, Amazon Bedrock/Anthropic Claude/OpenAI and advanced DevOps/Data architecture • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value • Proven track record of collaborating with Sales teams to drive new business opportunities • Willingness to travel to customer sites, as needed to support sales and deployment activities • AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional/Specialist certification • Experience with AWS partner ecosystem programs such as MAP • Experience working with a range of customers, from ISVs to large enterprises • Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies and DevOps practices • Advanced knowledge in Productivity enablement using GenAI technologies and harnesses including Anthropic and OpenAI • Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or Node
