📋 Description

• Perform quality assurance activities monitoring satisfaction of individuals receiving IDD services in Sedgwick County • Interact with affiliates and consumers in the community • Manage internal QA data • Record satisfaction survey outcomes from annual functional assessments • Select, assign and monitor quarterly review deadlines for the local Quality Assurance Committee • Record committee scoring data and prepare trend reports • Enter critical incidents into the Quality Consult database • Complete quarterly trend reports based on critical incident reporting • Monitor mandatory training and create committee membership badges • Conduct Community Service Provider day and residential site visits • Document and report site visit outcomes • Evaluate service dissatisfaction and report outcomes to the QA team • Report quality assurance concerns to the appropriate QA team member • Monitor service expectations and contract compliance at affiliate locations • Manage user information in Relias Learning and monitor active users in its online training system • Monitor the compliance hotline • Coordinate with affiliates regarding KDADS background checks and maintain internal resources • Perform other contract compliance duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Six (6) months of experience working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities • Valid Kansas driver’s license without restrictions • Current proof of automobile insurance • Applicable knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Access • Must submit to criminal, abuse/neglect registry background checks • Bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field (preferred)
