📋 Description

• Lead customer-service medical imaging project management for X-Ray/DR implementations and turnkey construction at customer sites • Participate in pre-sales activities, including site assessments and risk assessments • Own the full implementation lifecycle after sales order, from order review through site preparation, delivery, installation, calibration, training, and go-live • Use experience in X-ray suite design, patient workflow, sales consulting, construction management, and install planning to direct X-ray/DR implementations • Monitor construction progress and coordinate electrical, mechanical, and structural work • Address site-readiness issues • Coordinate with hospital facilities, general contractors, architects, sales, service, manufacturing, and applications teams • Manage schedules, risks, and multiple concurrent projects • Drive revenue recognition through timely, high-quality installations • Manage project delivery milestones, schedules, and overall execution through complete implementations • Deliver projects ranging from small outpatient clinics to multi-room implementations in large teaching institutions, including retrofit, new construction, and turnkey implementations • Serve as the single point of contact and project face for internal and external stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• BS in Engineering and/or Construction Project Management • Minimum 7 years of successful project management experience, preferably in medical devices and healthcare sites • Clinical experience in radiography / medical imaging • Strong understanding of digital radiographic X-ray systems, PACS, networking, and clinical workflows • Ability to work with contractors, facilities teams, and internal Carestream resources • Ability to articulate site requirements to all trades • Ability to read blueprints; CAD knowledge a plus • Strong organizational and multi-project management skills • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing competing priorities • Strong customer-facing and issue-resolution skills • Expert use of MS Office including Excel • Experience in turnkey development, management, and implementation • Disciplined in forecast, funnel, and time management • Understanding of radiology/clinical workflow • Extensive regional travel by air and car, approximately 50–80% • Ability to meet stated physical requirements, including standing, walking, sitting, bending, lifting up to 20 pounds, and carrying/pushing/pulling
