• Coordinate and execute HR-related due diligence activities for potential acquisitions • Track requests, documentation, completion, findings, gap analyses, and risks against deal timelines • Maintain HR due diligence data packages, checklists, templates, and virtual data room materials • Develop and track HR Day 1 readiness plans, employee communications, offer or transfer letters, benefits enrollment, and HRIS onboarding • Coordinate acquired employee transitions into HR systems, payroll, benefits, orientation, and onboarding • Support HR integration project plans across HR Operations, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and HR Business Partners • Facilitate integration workstream meetings, prepare agendas, capture action items, and follow up on deliverables • Prepare status updates and progress reports for Integration Management Office governance and executive communications • Track workforce restructuring, role mapping, position eliminations, organizational design, headcount reconciliation, retention programs, and key talent initiatives • Support HR compliance, WARN Act coordination, ERISA notifications, labor relations, union notifications, and collective bargaining agreement review • Coordinate change management activities, employee surveys, town halls, listening sessions, Q&A forums, and cultural integration tracking • Maintain and improve HR M&A playbooks, integration templates, transition toolkits, reporting tools, and lessons learned
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • 8–10 years of project management experience, with exposure to HR • 5+ years of experience specifically supporting M&A, integrations, transformations, or other complex enterprise initiatives • Working knowledge of benefits, payroll, HRIS, talent acquisition, and HR compliance • Strong organizational and project coordination skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday • Professionalism, discretion, and ability to manage confidential employee and deal-related information • Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and applicable ITAR, EAR, and OFAC laws • Preferred: PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification • Preferred: Familiarity with WARN Act, COBRA, ERISA, and applicable state regulations • Preferred: Experience with Smartsheet or Microsoft Project • Preferred: Experience with data visualization and reporting tools • Preferred: Background in change management • Preferred: Experience in a manufacturing, technology, or global enterprise environment
