📋 Description

• Directly source, recruit, and coordinate placement of top talent for leadership support, including exempt and non-exempt positions • Identify new and creative ways to source qualified candidates • Partner with hiring managers to identify needs and provide guidance on recruitment processes and market trends • Partner with leaders on offer strategy, including salary recommendations, total rewards, and closing approaches • Deliver a high-touch, concierge-level candidate experience from initial engagement through onboarding • Coordinate on-site interviews with the leadership team and provide applicable follow-up • Manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously across various metropolitan locations • Participate in the full-cycle recruitment process • Contribute to continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition processes, tools, and practices • Identify viable candidates for exempt and non-exempt roles across a growing healthcare organization with multiple locations and lines of business

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a focus on strategic recruiting • 5+ years of experience recruiting across several disciplines, including Life Sciences, Sales, Laboratory Operations, Customer Service, Scientific roles, Information Technology, Marketing, Quality, Compliance, and Legal • 2+ years of experience utilizing Workday as an Applicant Tracking System • Ability to influence hiring decisions and provide consultative recruiting support • Comfortable working with various teams and leadership cross-functionally • Experience sourcing candidates via multiple sources and developing talent pipelines • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Excel, Word, Applicant Tracking Systems, and Internet for business use • Experience working in a process-driven environment preferred • Ability to proactively problem solve and manage open positions with strong attention to detail preferred • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with tact and diplomacy preferred • Ability to manage varied tasks and projects while maintaining delivery timelines and quality under pressure preferred • Must sit and/or stand for long periods • Must perform repetitive motion • Crouching and bending may be required when retrieving files • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds • Willingness to work shift work and overtime required • Successful completion of pre-employment process, including criminal background check, drug screening, applicable credit check, and reference verification
