📋 Description

• Support assigned enterprise finance and accounting applications, including costing, productivity, benchmarking, budgeting, and reporting tools • Administer and maintain application profiles, business/costing rules, testing, data integrity, user support, documentation, and basic analytics • Assist with enterprise financial projects and analyze operational data to improve performance • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations for financial analysis and operational decision-making • Provide financial assessments and recommendations for operational departments • Assist with month-end close processes and analytical reporting to identify and explain variances • Collaborate with operational leaders as a financial liaison for corporate accounting • Provide end-user support and training for assigned financial systems and reporting tools • Support initiatives and projects aligned with corporate financial objectives • Maintain assigned monthly financial reconciliations • Assist with ad hoc analytical projects, proformas, and reporting requests • Support system accounting and regional finance teams as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or Economics • Ability to support finance and accounting applications • Ability to perform platform administration, configuration/profile maintenance, business rules, testing, data integrity, user support, system documentation, and basic analytics • Ability to build and maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations • Ability to perform financial analysis, reconciliations, month-end close support, variance analysis, and reporting • Ability to provide end-user support and training for financial systems and reporting tools • Understanding of contractual allowance reserve calculations, appropriate accruals, income statements, and balance sheet accounts • Work authorization verification through Form I-9 and E-Verify
