📋 Description

• Inspect and maintain air-conditioning and HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical malfunctions in heating and cooling units • Install, replace, and calibrate HVAC equipment, including thermostatic controls and liquid lines • Service refrigeration equipment including refrigerators, ice machines, gas packs, and heat pumps • Maintain chilled and hot water supply systems and adjust internal control systems • Assemble and install metal ductwork and assist in HVAC system planning and design • Maintain detailed maintenance records to ensure compliance with City, State, and EPA regulations • Identify and mitigate risks to maintain a safe working environment • Collaborate with management to support safety and operational standards • Work in the field and on rooftops while delivering commercial HVAC service solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years practical working experience in the HVAC Industry • Ability to push, pull, and lift 50 lbs • EPA Universal certification • Ability to stand, crawl, sit, squat for extended periods, climb a ladder, and work on rooftops • High School Diploma/GED • Valid and current driver’s license • Must be insurable by the company’s insurance carrier • Basic understanding of building automation controls • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience using Salesforce and ServiceMax is a plus • 1+ year of practical working experience with air- or water-cooled chillers is preferred • OSHA 10 certification is preferred
