📋 Description

• Maintain Master Data following data quality, controls, and compliance rules and regulations • Keep MDM Operations documentation up to date • Execute Master Material Coordinator activities across Master Data maintenance processes, controls, SLAs, and issue solving • Serve as point of contact for the MDM CoE and business • Notify business users of request status, including rejected requests and reasons • Adhere to SLAs and report or escalate exceptions to the Operations domain Lead • Support MDM field audits • Guide business processes and systemic requirements impacting ERP systems, mainly SAP, and/or Master Data • Monitor process performance and pursue best-in-class Master Data quality and operational excellence

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • 2+ years of experience in continuous improvement, industrial engineering, or manufacturing operations • BA/BS degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business or Business Analytics with minimum of 3 years of experience (preferred) • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (V Look-up, pivot tables, etc.) • Experience in implementation of MDM in a Shared Services environment (preferred) • Experience interfacing with business operational customers and IT • Experience in MDM application systems as key user, preferably SAP and SAP MDG • Experience in root cause analysis • Travel up to 10%
